Repair Details

Repair Details

Our DEF tank repair service is limited to resolving problems with fluid level sensor in the active tank. We do not repair heating element related issues.

Our repair service includes installation of upgraded level sensor. The new sensor is fully encapsulated in epoxy and is fully liquid proofed.

Since we are installing a new level sensor, the DEF system will have to be re-calibrated once the tank is mounted back in the car. This is done using diagnostic scan tool like Autologic or Autel.
