2012 Mazda 3: Through a long process of diagnostics and YouTube, we discovered that we had an issue with the TCM (not the transmission, as the dealer claimed). The YouTube video suggested uninstalling the part and sending it to someone who could recondition it. XeMODeX is located nearby in Mississauga and was able to recondition the part. After fully reconditioning it, they returned it quickly. I think it was 8 days from the day we shipped it to the day we got it back. We reinstalled the part and it is working beautifully! Thank you so much! You saved us having to buy a new car!
I contacted XeMODeX to service a REM for a 2006 Volvo XC90. They sent it back repaired and functioned properly. The concerns I had is there was no transparency with regards to the status of my order. I had to call multiple times until I reached a resource that would/could assist me. Once I got that resource they were extremely transparent. I needed the module back, but I should have had discussions regarding what I was charged as I was charged full price for two services, but at the end cheaper than buying a new unit.Update:The XeMODeX resource I was working with, just contacted me to let me know that there was a charging mistake and that I would receive a partial refund. Thanks Alan! Changing my review to 5 stars. I will definitely be using XeMODeX again.
Alan filled me in on options, took my order, sent me the shipping label, and had test results back to me late the next day. They replaced the Volvo S60 "infortainmemt" screen, and when I put it in, the screen worked again as well as the radio and media player. Well done and quickly done too.
This company provided excellent service! They repaired the ABS module on my 2003 Volkswagen Passat, which had ABS and traction control lights on. The repair process was quick, and communication was smooth throughout. Shipping was fast, and after reinstalling the module, everything worked perfectly with no issues. I’m highly satisfied and would definitely use their services again.
I live in Vancouver, and had to send the part to be repaired for my car by mail. Although the UPS tracking was not updated properly, the package arrived at Xemodex within two days. I received the functional unit within the week, and it has been very reliable since. Very satisfied with this service!
I have dealt with Xemodex with 2 modules so far and a 3rd is pending once the vehicle comes in. They are very professional to interact with, fast - 2 day turnarounds both times, pricing is excellent - far better than anywhere else that I have found especially dealer. The techs are very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely pros that know their stuff. Modules come back with the bench test results and they also improve on design flaws that they have found in the original engineering. They will definitely get all my continuing business. ABS module on my 2009 Ford f150 went bad and showed 2 codes. After extensive research I decided to use XeMODeX to repair it. They had the best price and warranty I found. The process of sending it to them was easy to do and understand. Packaged and sent off according to directions and total time to receive back was about 10 days. Most of that time was due to shipping time. Received and installed on my truck and all codes cleared and all lights off now. So far no issues at all. I highly recommend using this company for their services.. Thank you XeMODeX forsaving me a ton of money..
Incredible service! I had them rebuild my ABS pump. Totally worth the very reasonable cost. Should have started here and saved a lot of time and $.I paid for the express shipping and I got my pump back so fast, that I thought my original shipment had been returned. They really did rebuild it in 1 day!
Absolutely worth every penny. Amazing customer service when I had to call and ask questions, very friendly staff. Service on my Gear Select module was amazingly fast. I live in Northeast Ohio, I sent my module to them and had it back in two days, working perfectly with a lifetime warranty on the unit. Not a single problem with it since. I have been recommending this company to everyone I can. I am a permanent customer!
