It is a very common occurrence that after a minor collision the power steering rack will set a DTC B2000 00 – “Control module faulty” This is a permanent code and any attempts to clear this code will fail as a result the entire power steering rack would have to be replaced.

We have a solution for this issue and our power steering module repair service will resolve this problem permanently. You will have to separate the module from the power steering rack and send it in for repairs. Do not send the entire rack to us, please.

What you need to know (please read before ordering)

This is a Repair Service of your existing module. You will need to remove and send your module to us for repair using the shipping labels provided to you. Please do not send us the complete rack.

The order will be processed during our regular business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30 – 5:00 EST). After processing your order, we will email shipping labels and shipping instructions. If you do not see shipping labels within 1 hour of submitting your order (during business hours) please first check your junk/spam folders.
