This is a Repair Service of your existing MK100 hydraulic block. You will need to remove the ABS module, block, and pump, and send it to us for repair using the shipping labels provided to you.
The order will be processed during our regular business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30 – 5:00 EST). After processing your order, we will email shipping labels and shipping instructions. If you don’t see shipping labels within 1 hour of submitting your order (during business hours) please first check your junk/spam folders. If you still don’t see the labels, please contact us at 1-888-712-2525
Important: When shipping, place the module and pump together in a thick plastic bag to prevent fluid leaks. If fluid saturates the box, it may weaken during transit, causing delays or possible loss of the part before it reaches our facility. Because the assembly is heavy, package it securely with ample protective material (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc.) to prevent movement inside the box. Failure to follow these instructions may result in additional fees, shipping damage, or loss of the part. XeMODeX is not responsible for parts damaged or lost in transit due to improper packaging
This repair service is primarily focused on the common hydraulic block problems. Problems with the module or pump can be addressed, but additional time and cost may be required.

How This Service Works
How This Service Works
Step 1: Purchase our service online or over the phone.
Step 2: After processing your order, we will email you pre-paid shipping labels.
Step 3: Send us your old defective unit by dropping off the package to any UPS location or call UPS to schedule a pick- up.
Step 4: We will inspect and repair your old module.
Step 5: We will send you back the repaired module the same day (unless otherwise stated).
Step 6: You install the unit back into your vehicle.

Can all types of failures be fixed?
We strive to achieve a 100% repair success rate, but the reality is some modules are damaged beyond repair. Water and fire-damaged units are very difficult to revive. In these cases it may be possible to transfer the software to a matching donor unit, which will allow the donor unit to work properly in the vehicle. It that is not possible, we’ll refund the repair service costs less a $75 diagnostic bench test fee.
