Service Options
SYMPTOMS ASSOCIATED WITH A FAULTY MODULE
- No communication with ABS module
- Invalid data received from the ABS module
- Wheel speed sensor codes
- ABS valves supply voltage codes
- Electric parking brake is stuck and won’t release one or both rear wheels
- Electric parking brake won’t engage one or both rear wheels
SYMPTOMS ASSOCIATED WITH A FAULTY PUMP
- ABS pump motor performance codes
- Pump motor will run only when lightly tapped
- Noisy pump motor operation
- Blown main fuse for pump motor
SYMPTOMS ASSOCIATED WITH A FAULTY HYDRAULIC BLOCK
- Spongy soft brake pedal
- The brake pedal goes to the floor
- Brakes cannot be bled. Brake fluid doesn’t flow out of one of the calipers
- Locked brakes. The vehicle cannot be moved
- Overheating partially applied brakes
- Vehicle pulls to one side when braking
