Service Options
SYMPTOMS ASSOCIATED WITH A FAULTY MODULE
- No communication with the ABS module
- ABS warning lights on
- Wheel speed sensor codes
- Electronic parking brake stuck on and won’t release on one or both sides
- Electronic parking brake won’t engage on one or both sides
SYMPTOMS ASSOCIATED WITH A FAULTY PUMP
- ABS pump motor performance codes
- Pump motor will run only when lightly tapped
- Noisy pump motor operation
- Blown main fuse for pump motor
SYMPTOMS ASSOCIATED WITH A FAULTY HYDRAULIC BLOCK
- Wheels remain locked after applying the brakes
- Left front and right rear brake calipers remain engaged after brake pedal is released
- Right front and left rear brake calipers remain engaged after brake pedal is released
- No brake fluid pressure going to one or more calipers
- Soft, spongey brake pedal
