Once approved, we will e-mail you shipping labels and instructions.
WE’LL PAY YOU
Once your cores are inspected and approved, we will send you a cheque.
XeMODeX is an environmentally conscious company that takes an eco-friendly approach to all aspects of our business. We believe that reusing parts is essential for reducing the harmful, toxic by-products that unnecessarily end up in the landfills each year. A typical ABS module contains a considerable amount of poisonous elements like Arsenic, Boron and Antimony. During the remanufacturing process, over 80% of the existing module components are fully reconditioned, tested and reused. XeMODeX is committed to maintaining a cleaner environment. We purchase many old unusable parts and recycle them into like-new upgraded and functioning parts.
Click the “Submit Information Online” button at the bottom of this page and complete the Core Purchase Form.
Once submitted, we will review the details in the form. If approved, we will email you and ask you to pack the cores carefully and provide us box dimensions and weights in order for us to process pre-paid shipping for you.
*PLEASE DO NOT USE BOXES THAT ARE TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL AND DO NOT PACK THEM AHEAD OF TIME IN CASE SOMETHING DOES NOT GET APPROVED.
Once you email us that information, we will process and email you pre-paid shipping labels. Please print those labels out, tape it to the box, and hand it over to UPS.
*PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT CALL UPS ON YOUR BEHALF. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO EITHER CONTACT UPS TO ARRANGE A PICK UP OR DROP OFF THE PACKAGE(S) AT A NEARBY UPS STORE.
When your cores arrive, it will take up to 5 business days for those cores to be thoroughly inspected. We cannot purchase water damages modules, modules that are burnt, housing damage or modules that have been tampered with beyond repair. You will be notified if any of these reasons apply. If a module cannot be purchased by XeMODeX, you will be contacted and you will either have to pay to have it shipped back to you OR we can dispose of it for you. Nothing will be done without your consent.
After your cores have been inspected and everything checks out, the information you provided on the Core Purchase Form will be sent over to our Account Department.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT A CHEQUE/CHECK WILL BE ISSUED IN THE MAIL TO THE NAME YOU PROVIDED UNDER PAYABLE TO. THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 1-2 WEEKS TO BE ISSUED. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ACTUAL MAILING TIME.
FAQs
Yes. Cores must be in repairable condition. No cuts, damaged housing, tampered with or units that have been previously repaired. This includes missing or broken buttons, cut cables, missing parts, bent or broken pins, etc.
To ensure this does not happen during shipping, please package the parts with little to no movement in the box and as much protective packaging as possible.
Please inspect parts before sending as if we receive them with any of the above conditions, we will unable to offer a refund for the part.
If you ship us a core that was not approved by our management, the core will be discarded or you will need to pay the shipping fee to have it returned to you.
