XeMODex has been a big help in our operations. Their warranty is solid and has always covered any issues we have run into as a business who deals with software issues on a regular basis. Little to no hassle any time we've needed help getting things done. They have definitely improved our flow of operations when it comes to in depth electronic repairs and saved us many headaches. 2012 Mazda 3: Through a long process of diagnostics and YouTube, we discovered that we had an issue with the TCM (not the transmission, as the dealer claimed). The YouTube video suggested uninstalling the part and sending it to someone who could recondition it. XeMODeX is located nearby in Mississauga and was able to recondition the part. After fully reconditioning it, they returned it quickly. I think it was 8 days from the day we shipped it to the day we got it back. We reinstalled the part and it is working beautifully! Thank you so much! You saved us having to buy a new car!

I contacted XeMODeX to service a REM for a 2006 Volvo XC90. They sent it back repaired and functioned properly. The concerns I had is there was no transparency with regards to the status of my order. I had to call multiple times until I reached a resource that would/could assist me. Once I got that resource they were extremely transparent. I needed the module back, but I should have had discussions regarding what I was charged as I was charged full price for two services, but at the end cheaper than buying a new unit.Update:The XeMODeX resource I was working with, just contacted me to let me know that there was a charging mistake and that I would receive a partial refund. Thanks Alan! Changing my review to 5 stars. I will definitely be using XeMODeX again.

Alan filled me in on options, took my order, sent me the shipping label, and had test results back to me late the next day. They replaced the Volvo S60 "infortainmemt" screen, and when I put it in, the screen worked again as well as the radio and media player. Well done and quickly done too.

This company provided excellent service! They repaired the ABS module on my 2003 Volkswagen Passat, which had ABS and traction control lights on. The repair process was quick, and communication was smooth throughout. Shipping was fast, and after reinstalling the module, everything worked perfectly with no issues. I’m highly satisfied and would definitely use their services again.
