- Getting Started – Once approved, the customer can contact us to move forward. We charge a $75 test fee plus shipping costs to begin the evaluation process.
- Testing & Diagnosis – Our experts conduct in-depth testing to diagnose the issue accurately.
- Developing a Solution – Based on our findings, we create a game plan that includes a comprehensive repair strategy and pricing.
- Customer Decision – With all the details in hand, the customer can decide whether to proceed with the repair.
