XeMODeX Inc. requires that all cores be returned within 30 days from the original purchase of a part requiring a core return. Failure to do so can result in the loss of your core charge refund.\n\nIf you were not charged an upfront core fee and you fail to return the core within 30 days, you will be charged in full for the core.\n\nA return label is provided in the original shipment; this must be used to ship the core back to XeMODeX. Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and\/or damage to major components will not receive full core credit.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

WHAT IS A CORE?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A core is the old or failing part that is being replaced in your vehicle by XeMODeX. These cores are then remanufactured (recycled) at our facility. Remanufacturing is the process of taking used parts, completely disassembling and thoroughly cleaning them, replacing the faulty and\/or worn components with quality components, and restoring them to their original function.<\/p>

A core deposit fee is applied to ensure the old defective part is sent back to XeMODeX. Our business relies on steady core supply so we can remanufacture and resell these units, therefore keeping the prices low.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u2022The part you are purchasing contains components that are recyclable.
\u2022 The core charge deposit is charged at the time of purchase.
\u2022 When the recyclable part is returned to XeMODeX, the charge is refunded back onto the credit card used for the initial purchase. We will also send you an e-mail receipt of the transaction (please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u2022 Mail the part back to XeMODeX following the directions on your packing slip that is included in the box with your purchased part.
\u2022 Core Charges will be refunded up to 30 days from the original purchase. The core item returned must match the part purchased.
\u2022All cores must be returned in the original box that the new part was shipped in.
\u2022Cores should not be damaged, opened or tampered with. If your core has permanent damage as a result of a previous attempt at repair, we will be unable to offer a refund for your core (e.g. the cord on a throttle body must not be cut, the casing on an instrument cluster must not be broken).
\u2022Value on the commercial invoices should not be changed.
