No warranty request will be considered without submitting this form.<\/p><p>As we are not able to diagnose the vehicle ourselves, we rely on diagnostic information provided by our customers. Providing detailed diagnostic information about the issue you\u2019re experiencing will help us confirm the issue and expedite the warranty process. Warranty claims submitted without detailed diagnostic information will take longer to process or may not be processed until the information is provided.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Important:<\/strong><\/span> Most of the warranty claims we receive end up being issues that can be resolved in the vehicle. Prior to submitting a warranty claim, it\u2019s strongly recommended to perform basic checks relevant to the module (double-check connections, clear the codes and see what codes come back or don\u2019t clear, etc.).<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Important:<\/strong><\/span> Please refrain from removing the module prior to receiving return authorization. As part of the warranty claim process, there may be tests to run while the module is in the vehicle.<\/p><p>Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.
