This is a Repair Service of your existing Transmission Control Module. You will need to remove and send your module to us for repair using the shipping labels provided to you.

The order will be processed during our regular business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30 – 5:00 EST). After processing your order, we will email shipping labels and shipping instructions. If you do not see shipping labels within 1 hour of submitting your order (during business hours) please first check your junk/spam folders. If you still do not see the labels, please contact us at 1-888-712-2525

Software reload and TCM calibration will be required after installation. During our remanufacturing process, the original software and the calibration file will be wiped out from the TCM. Once the remanufactured module is installed back in the vehicle, it will be necessary to reprogram it with new Ford software, followed by clutch adaptive calibration procedure. This can only be done at repair facilities that have a valid subscription to Ford’s IDS and FDRS. 4 Business days turnaround time: The current repair turnaround time is 4 business days and is subject to change, depending on the volume of repairs.

Quality Tested: TCM is tested several times during the remanufacturing process. Before the repair begins the TCM is tested to verify the customer’s complaints are verified. Once the faults have been confirmed, the TCM is fully overhauled, and each board and motor are tested in individual test fixtures. After the remanufacturing, the test process is repeated and includes the full operational test of the TCM assembly on the actual transmission.

Step 4: We will extract the software from your existing module and program our brand-new module.
Step 5: We will send you back the repaired module the same day (unless otherwise stated).
Step 6: You install the unit back into your vehicle.
