The XeMODeX Partner Program is designed in part to assist our customers with any challenges they may face while servicing today’s automobiles. The introduction of the Controller Area Network (CAN) in the late nineties (in some European production models) created a new era of vehicles loaded with sophisticated electronics. The technology became more complex with the introduction of Local Interconnect Network (LIN) in 2005. To accurately diagnose and service these systems, expensive diagnostic equipment and advanced training is required. Few repair facilities have the financial means to support these advancements; they limit themselves to general servicing and repairs, effectively missing out on the revenues which otherwise could have been generated.

In some cases the failure of one part may directly effect the proper operation of other components on the CAN bus network. We are able to fully test individual parts for you. Simply send the unit to us and we will run a full diagnostic test for you at no charge.  You only have to cover the shipping fees.

No-nonsense Lifetime Limited Warranty

We stand by what we sell. If for any reason our product becomes defective, we will repair it or send a replacement, no questions asked.

One Year Labour Warranty 

Install our parts with confidence! In addition to our Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our products we are also extending our warranty coverage to labour costs associated with replacing the defective part for the period of one (1) year. If for any reason our product becomes defective within the first year we will cover the labour costs up to 2 hours at the rate of $100.00 dollars per hour. This additional coverage is unseen in our industry and we are happy to offer it to our Partners.
